I met up with Katy Georgiou, a North London psychotherapist who not only has a growing client list but is also a published author who’s written about health anxiety and dealing with stress. She’s also interviewed Bez from Happy Mondays and Skunk Anansie drummer Mark Richardson about mental health in the music industry on her @sound_affects_podcast.

We met up on two occasions, once in King’s Cross and another in Highgate where we wandered the streets, talked about life and stopped for a bit at a local pub to take a few more pictures. As someone who has built her business on her skills and personal brand, she wanted to appear as herself, a person who’d be good to talk to without coming across as overly clinical.

Our modern world is a better place with Katy who is so incredibly genuine and especially if you’re a big Oasis fan you’ll have plenty to talk about!
