Brand Session for a Recruitment Consultant

Kelly and I have had a working relationship spanning over ten years.  I first met her when she was planning her wedding, then met again to capture her growing family and now I see her regularly to update her images for her business as a data scientist and AI recruitment expert.   She’s an absolute ace at matching the right person to the right job.  Her secret sauce?  Quite simple.  She has a natural curiosity in people, asks a lot of questions and has a huge interest in what drives us as humans.  I love reading her posts on LinkedIn which are filled with every aspect of her industry and also the challenges of running a business as a working mum.  Her core values shine through, resonating with so many.

Branding pictures have come a long way since the idea was first formed a few years ago.  Initially it was mainly head shots in different locations.  My approach to these sessions has changed as I’m keen to include more images showing collaboration and “active” pictures.  For Kelly’s session we headed to the gorgeous workspace in West London, Venture X.  Their wraparound windows flood the space with light – what a pleasure it would be to have an office there!

Kelly uses her pictures regularly alongside her posts on LinkedIn.  Rotating a variety of images means she keeps up her engagements and gets her posts noticed.
